Last Saturday was the first "FREE" day. So awesome!!! I ate whatever I wanted and didn't feel one tiny ounce of guilt. However, it was also a VERY busy day and I didn't have time to shop for food for the following weeks meals. So Monday was kind of on the fly and we did what we could to make it fit with our meal plans. Did I mention I'm making the hubbs do this with me? Yup. All the way. He's such a good sport and knows that he's going to be where he wants to in the long run. I love going to the gym and doing our workouts together!!! Makes me think of our newlywed phase when we did everything together! Life with no kids was easy peasy!!! It's hard getting up in the morning but honestly we know its good for us so we do it!!
Anyway, the week was pretty good. There were one or two days where I literally wanted to eat everything in sight, but I held off with an extra protein shake and a few almonds instead to curb any kind of cravings I was having. Lots of fresh yummy food inbetween that : ) I SOOOO look forward to Saturday though!!!
As of our weigh in this morning I have lost another pound, making that 4.5lbs total so far. Hubbs has lost 4lbs so far. Yay!!
