Revolt! Fitness - Week 10

Over the last 10 weeks I have been using the Revolt! Fitness meals and love that I am building up my healthy recipe lists!  I love the fact that it takes all of the thinking and guess work out of it for me.  It also helps me with learning and understanding what I should and shouldn't eat.  

The hubbs and I have moved up to "Level 3" in the workout program for July.  I think doing the extra set is more of a mental weakness more than anything.  But how good does it feel when you FINISH a tough workout???  The best!!!!  

Oh AAANNNDD I happen to do a bit of different routine one day last week and was blown away by how much my strength and endurance has improved by following everything Nichole has had us do.  Definitely a NICE surprise!!!
