Out of 3 kids in my family, I am the only girl.

This one is only a week or two old and she is FAB.

Did I mention she was a complete ANGEL? Like 100%.  She got an A+ from me.  I think we realized her true calling in life...good thing we can get her started at such an early age! Hehe.

Her parents are awesome.  Check out their family shoot here that we did days before this little cutie came into the world.

I love this.  If she wasn't such a GLAM girl in the other shots I would be very tempted to say this was my fave shot.  If you know anything about her Daddy-o you would know this fits him perfectly.  I nominate this to be his new profile pic...and to keep it that way until the day she marries.  She would love that.

Puppy Love {Santa Clarita Valencia 91355 Portrait Photographer}

Ok, so maybe he's not a puppy...but he was sure sweet.  This big guy had a photo shoot with his two favorite owners.
Darling kids.  It's clear how much they loved their dog.....

 A few months after our session together I was informed that the big guy passed away.  It was his time to go.  I know that he lived a happy life.

Another reason why being a photographer is so amazing...I get to capture visual memories of what once was.  R.I.P. Big D!!!

I love this sweet family.  I've done so many shoots with them I've lost count!!!  Take a look at the one I did with them about a year ago here.  

Honestly, one of the coolest parts about being a photographer is seeing how much things change over the years.  In this case, a growing family! 

I am forever grateful that they have chosen me to capture all of these defining moments in their lives!  Baby #2 was on the way....so glad we got a get a few shots of this beautiful momma and her fam!

I've taken pictures of this little man before he was even officially out of his momma's tummy!!!  Love him!!!

Revolt! Fitness - Week 12

Have I mentioned how much I love the SIMPLICITY of Revolt! Fitness?  Simple but delish meal plans, workouts that anyone at any level can do, either from home or the gym, and results that really happen....can't go wrong with that!!! 

Before starting Revolt! Fitness I was in OK shape and honestly didn't believe wouldn't ever be able really burn up the extra weight from baby #2....in a matter of weeks I was proven wrong!!!  The hubbs too!  We both lost inches and pounds and gained some muscle and tone.  I am always so excited to share Revolt! Fitness with anyone and everyone who wants improve their health because it can change your life and give you the knowledge you need to achieve your goals!

Revolt! Fitness - Week 11

OK so I'm a little behind on my weekly posts but nonetheless I am still on my long lasting path to health and fitness!  I have been following the Revolt! Fitness plan for 11 weeks now and it has been such an eye opener to 1.) How much I've been overeating 2.) The CORRECT portions of sugar, fat and carbs that I should be really taking in on a daily basis.

Can I also say that I am OBSESSED with the flour-less margarita pizza that was on our menu??? SO tasy!!! I could probably eat that every day of my life and never complain.

Hubbs and I have been doing level 3 workouts and I am amazed at how my stamina and strength have improved.  Amazing how doing something consistently will improve in that area over time.  

Revolt! Fitness - Week 10

Over the last 10 weeks I have been using the Revolt! Fitness meals and love that I am building up my healthy recipe lists!  I love the fact that it takes all of the thinking and guess work out of it for me.  It also helps me with learning and understanding what I should and shouldn't eat.  

The hubbs and I have moved up to "Level 3" in the workout program for July.  I think doing the extra set is more of a mental weakness more than anything.  But how good does it feel when you FINISH a tough workout???  The best!!!!  

Oh AAANNNDD I happen to do a bit of different routine one day last week and was blown away by how much my strength and endurance has improved by following everything Nichole has had us do.  Definitely a NICE surprise!!!

Revolt! Fitness - Week 9

Wow time is flying and I'm realizing more and more that I really enjoy staying on top of my health.  I kind of grew up that way with my dad always working out/running and my mom cooking pretty healthy food, but since I've been on Revolt! Fitness for the last 2 months it's kind of reprogrammed me to know exactly what I should and should not be eating. 
Speaking of time, we are starting a new month!!!!  A new UPRISING with
Revolt! Fitness!!!  So fun!  This will be my last month blogging about
Revolt! Fitness but I will truly be on this program for life.  And the workouts?  AWESOME.  Nichole knows how to kick booty and seriously turns it up on those.  But what I love is that they are fast!  30 min usually, and SO effective.  Perfect for me who is super busy!

Revolt! Fitness - Weeks 7 & 8

One word for you today: Tabatas.
OMG.  Basically several sets of the same exercise, with very short rest breaks in between.  Me and the hubbs were dying the first time we went through the workout.  Doing it 3 times a week?  Ya, still dying, but less and less each time than the first.  
I love the strength training too.  Really, I just love having a schedule all put together for me at the gym.  Nichole at Revolt! Fitness really is like my personal trainer and nutritionist all in one.  My biggest problem with gym time was that I was SO BORED!  I would rotate between 1-3 routines and was so over it.  With Revolt! Fitness I'm doing something different every day.  And these are not easy routines, either.  But they are broken down into levels so that you can push yourself at your own pace.  Overall, AWSOME. 
The thing I love most is that I'm eating healthy the majority of the time.  Don't get me wrong, I love my free days and occasionally have a treat here or there.  But I still feel good because I'm eating clean the rest of the time and I'm working my booty off at the gym!  Win-win, yes?

Nerium - Qualified for my iPad!

I just have to say how grateful I am to be part of a company who truly cares about the people who are part of it.  I am also SO grateful to be part of a team who wants to see me succeed!  And will do anything in their power to help me achieve my goals.  I have never been part of a group with such an incredible support system... I really do have a Nerium family that I get to call my business partners!  

How can I call this work?  Helping people achieve their goals, earn their iPads, and party party party!!!  Wow.  It seems like a dream.  I have formed so many wonderful friendships along the way, and know that I am improving myself within the company and in my personal life.  I can't say enough good things about what is happening now and what is to come.  All I can say is GRATEFUL.

 

My fresh new iPad arrived 6 weeks after I started my journey with Nerium!  

I couldn't have been happier!

Revolt! Fitness - Week 6

6 weeks down, 6 more to go with Revolt! Fitness!  This has been one BIG eye opener for me as far as what and how I need to be eating!  I pretty much threw all of my good eating habits out the window when I was preggo with my last babe and haven't looked back since.  Not anymore!!!  I really feel like I'm back on track and even BETTER than before.

This past week was detox week!  The hubbs and I both dropped a few lbs. and are happy about our progress!  I am a bit behind for this week though.  Saturday was CRAY CRAY busy so I didn't have time to prep and shop for this week!  Gotta get 'er done today.
  
Did I mention how Revolt! Fitness is crazy affordable?  Like, double-take-is-that-really-all??? kind of affordable.  Check it out for yourself and happy fitness!!!

Meet Ms. B.  She's a momma to A LOT of kids...I want to say 5?  Anyway, I just remember she's juggling a career and a family all at once!  Ms. B, AKA Superwoman!  She came in for a makeover (click here to see her Before & After) and to get some new head shots for her business.  I wanted to share a few with you since they turned out so beautifully.

Revot! Fitness - Week 5

Memorial weekend kicked my booty.  We went down to Carlsbad to visit the in-laws, go to the Safari Park and relax.  I guess I got a little too relaxed.... LOL.  We pretty much had a diet-free 3 day weekend.  Needless to say we were happy to have that break but at the same time really missed eating clean.  It's a weird thing, I tell ya.  I really do feel better eating the way Nichole has us with Revolt! Fitness.

I don't know what it was, but I just couldn't get in the "zone" with my personal discipline and would have a random bite of this, nibble of that...everything adds up!  The hubbs on the other hand was good because he was stuck in the office all day!  He doesn't have the temptations....at least not that I know of : )
So overall I didn't have the greatest week.  No progress as far as weight goes.  But the hubbs lost another pound.  Yay for him!!! Don't get me wrong though, since following the program I've totally burned up fat all over my body.  My clothes fit better and I can really start to see my muscles toning up!  It's definitely creating change for the better.  And the workout for this week?  Killer!  My legs are jello.  Especially from yesterday and today.  But it feels OH SO GOOD to know that tomorrow is a rest day!!! Ahhhhhh.

 YUMMY Smoothie for Bfast this past week.  Seriously good.

Next week we are starting the next UPRISING for Revolt! Fitness.  Who wants to join in?  It's officially JUNE and that means sun, sand and water : )  We are kicking off the month with a DETOX.  If we follow the plan we are to lose 4-7lbs this WEEK, 1-2 lbs of which are FAT.  That's what I'm talking about!!!  I know it's not gonna be daisies and butterflies for the week but the end result is worth a week of that.
Honestly though, for $10 a month or LESS, depending on what you want, you really can't go wrong.  Cray Cray, I know!  Nichole is basically your personal trainer AND nutritionist.  She lays is ALL out for you.  Not to mention the support that you get from her and all of us following the program too.  Like I've said before, NO BRAINER!  Get 'er done!
Did I mention you could try it free?  YES.  GO.  NOW.  Revolt! Fitness.
